Our online payment processor is a secure method to submit your payment. Please call us if you'd rather pay over the phone. 

Shipping Cost

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $2,500.00

 

All items under $5,000 will be shipped and insured via USPS Priority Mail. 

 

All items over $5,000 will be shipped and insured via UPS. 

 

Shipping costs are standardized by USPS & UPS respectively. 

Return and Refund Policy

If the item purchased does NOT fit the description provided online, you may return it for an exchange or full refund and Goldsmiths Kauai will pay for the postage and insurance.

 

If you wish to exchange an item you buy for something else in the store, call the store for details. Please be aware that the item must still be in pristine condition and ready for re-sale. Otherwise, all sales are final.

A large part of our work is custom. We can take your idea, or we can work together to design a lovely piece of special jewelry for you. Visit our "Portfolio" tab for a sample of past work. Visit our shop to see pieces we have in stock.
